" K9 CUSINE "
* BEEF STEW *
1KG MINCED BEEF, 2 MEDIUM POTATOES,
2 CARROTS, CELERY TOPS & SOME STALKS,
1 CAN KIDNEY BEANS,
HANDFUL OF FROZEN GREEN BEANS,
MEDIUM CHUNK PUMPKIN,
Chop all vegies into small dice or put through a food processor
Put into a large stock pot, Add beef & about 2 litres of water.
Bring to the boil, Add 250gms of small Pasta,
Simmer till pasta is cooked.
Then add 1 or 2 eggs & a couple of handfuls of grated cheese,
Mix well. When cool put into serving sized portions.
Store in the freezer.
Will keep for 3 to 4 days in a fridge.
DO not add ONION, BROCCOLI or CABBAGE
You can add a can of chopped tomatoes,
or 1 teaspoon of some or one of the following,
Cinnamon, Ginger, Rosemary, Thyme, Cloves,
But not all of them together as it would be to Herdy/Spicy.
DO not put in HOT SPIES.
Serve warm over a little of your Min-Pins favourite dry food,
Great at the end of a cold day.
